Free standard shipping - Australia only
We offer free delivery on orders over $200 to any Australian address via the Australia Post Parcel service. Australia Post delivers to PO Box or street addresses, Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays. For more detailed information on the Parcel Post service visit the Australia Post website.
Express shipping - Australia only
Express deliveries will be shipped via the Australia Post Express Post service which guarantees next business day deliveries for major metropolitan areas. For detailed information on Express Post delivery times to your area please visit the Australia Post website. Saturday deliveries can now be requested so please add in your order notes if you wish to use this service.
International shipping
International orders (NZ only) are shipped with DHL Express. Shipping rates do not include customs and duties charges which may be incurred on arrival at the destination country. Payment of any such charges is the responsibility of the purchaser. Import rules and duty rates on imported items are available from local import authorities in the destination country.
Tracking your item
An email containing a tracking number and tracking link will be sent to the email address supplied when your order is shipped. Tracking information is also accessible through the account page when logged in. Australia Post's Tracking page is here.

When will my order ship?
Orders placed and paid before 2pm on business days will be sent same day.
Orders are sent Monday to Friday excluding Public Holidays.
Pre-ordered items will ship upon arrival at our warehouse. We will endeavour to provide accurate information on expected delivery dates, but sometimes delays can occur.

Our Returns Policy:
Return requests must be received within 14 days of the delivery date to be eligible.
Refunds for change of mind or sizing issues are available for full priced, online purchases made by credit card, Shop Pay or PayPal only.
A 5% restocking fee will apply to any monetary refunds to cover payment processing and administration costs. Exchanges and refunds to store credit will not incur a restocking fee.
Afterpay purchases and items discounted by less than 30% are eligible for exchange, but not refund.
We do not accept returns on items discounted by 30% or more, so please choose carefully and contact us if you are unsure of sizing.
Products for exchange or refund must be unworn, unmarked and unused, in "as new" condition with all original packaging intact.
Return postage is charged at a flat rate of AUD14.95 for AU and AUD30 for NZ orders.
A return shipping label will be provided once your return request is approved.
Any monetary refunds will be made via the payment method used to purchase and will be processed within 3 business days, of receipt of the returned item/s.

Non-Returnable Items:
We regret we can’t accept returns on the following: Cut yardage, except defective material; furniture, except for damaged or defective items; blankets once hanging tabs have been removed, socks, undergarments and face masks - unless there is a quality issue.
Defective Items:
If you wish to exchange your purchase because of a product defect, we’ll arrange a return. Please contact us to with details including order number and high quality photos of fault at hello@pendletonwoolenmills.com to arrange.
